How WebSoln Labs handles the details you share with us — in plain words.Last updated 21 October 2026

or write to hello@websoln.com

The short version

  • No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
  • We use what you send us only to reply, prepare your preview and run your project.
  • We never sell or rent your personal information.
  • Agency briefs and your clients' details stay confidential under NDA.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
01

Who we are

WebSoln Labs (“we”, “us”) is a web design and development agency based at 115/3, Brookefield, Bengaluru 560037, Karnataka, India. We design and build websites, online stores, web applications and SaaS platforms for businesses, and build under the brand of agencies on a white-label basis.

For the personal information described in this policy, WebSoln Labs is the data controller (in Indian law, the data fiduciary) — we decide why and how it is used. Questions about it go to naitik@websoln.com.

02

What this policy covers

This policy covers www.websoln.com and the conversations that start from it — the enquiry form, emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, and the discussions before a project is agreed.

Once we work together, the personal data inside your project — for example the customers in your online store — is handled under our written agreement with you. There we act on your instructions as your processor, and your own privacy policy applies to your users.

03

The information we collect

What you give us. When you use the enquiry form we receive your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add: your company or agency, website, country, phone or WhatsApp number, what you need, your timeline or design status, your message, and whether you would like the free homepage preview or an NDA first. If you send the form on WhatsApp instead, it opens WhatsApp on your own device with your answers written out; nothing reaches us until you press send there, and it then arrives as a WhatsApp message with your number. When you email or message us we receive what you send, including any files or briefs.

What is recorded automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs whenever a page is requested — the IP address, browser and device type, the page asked for and the time. They are used to keep the site secure and running, not to build a picture of you. The form also checks, invisibly, that it was not filled in by a bot; that check stores nothing.

What we don’t collect. We don’t ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category of data (such as health or religious beliefs) through this website. Please don’t send them.

04

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or similar tracking technology, and it stores nothing in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so opening a page doesn’t send your details to other companies. If we ever add analytics, this policy will be updated first, and we will ask for your consent wherever the law requires it.

05

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • To prepare your free homepage preview and a written quote.
  • To send one confirmation email when you submit the form, so you know it arrived.
  • To deliver and support your project if you become a client or agency partner, including invoices and project communication.
  • To keep the website secure and to stop spam and abuse.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list, we don’t make automated decisions about you, and we don’t use your details for profiling or advertising.

07

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what each one needs:

  • Vercel — hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
  • Resend — delivers enquiry-form messages to our inbox and your confirmation email to you.
  • Our business email provider — stores the emails we send and receive.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there.

Each provider is bound by its own data protection terms. We may also share information with professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers where needed, or with authorities when the law requires it.

Agencies and white-label work. Briefs, your clients’ names and any client details you share stay confidential under our NDA. We never contact your clients unless you ask us to, and we never list white-label work as ours without your written agreement.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

08

International transfers

We are based in India, and some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, these transfers are covered by recognised safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses or adequacy arrangements.

09

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don’t become a project — up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. Ask, and we will delete them sooner.
  • Client and agency projects — for as long as we work together, then for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years for invoices and contracts).
  • Server logs — kept by our hosting provider for a short period, normally days or weeks, and then deleted automatically.
10

How we protect it

Every page and form is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries go straight to our inbox and are not stored in a public database; access to them is limited to the people on our team who need it to reply or deliver your work. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your data ever happens, we will tell you and the relevant authority wherever the law requires.

11

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your data, where we don't need to keep it by law.
  • Restrict or object to how we use it.
  • Send your data to you or another provider in a usable format.
  • Withdraw any consent you have given.

Email naitik@websoln.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. It is free; we may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority — for example the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, your national authority in the EU, or the Data Protection Board of India.

12

Children

Our services are for businesses and agencies. This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

13

Other websites

Our work pages link to the live websites we have built, and our chat buttons open WhatsApp. Those sites and services have their own privacy policies, and this one doesn’t cover them.

14

Changes to this policy

If how we handle personal data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we will say so clearly here.
